Paper Publication

All papers from the PTOR conference, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the PC. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted paper will be published by SPIE "Proceedings of SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering" ISSN: 0277-786X, and will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus, Crossref, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, ResearchGate, Scilit, and CPCI for indexing.

SPIE conferences bring together engineers and scientists to present their latest research and to network with peers. Each year SPIE conferences result in approximately 350 proceedings volumes comprising 16,000+ papers and presentation recordings reporting on photonics-driven advancements in areas such as biomedicine, astronomy, defense and security, renewable energy, and more.

描述

Authors should present an objective discussion of the significance of research work as well as sufficient detail and references to permit others to replicate the experiments. Fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior and are unacceptable. Review articles should also be objective, comprehensive, and accurate accounts of the state of the art. The authors should ensure that their work is entirely original works, and if the work and/or words of others have been used, this has been appropriately acknowledged.

SPIE is the international society for optics and photonics.  We've operated as a not-for-profit since our founding in 1955, connecting, engaging, and serving our global constituency of more than 258,000 people from 184 countries.  We are led by a dedicated team of volunteers — including a Board of Directors, multiple committees, conference chairs, and journal editors — with the mission of partnering with researchers, educators, and industry to advance light-based research and technologies for the betterment of the human condition.  Operations are directed from our headquarters in Bellingham, Washington, USA.
